Women@Tech is a leading organisation dedicated to empowering women in the technology sector. As part of their mission, they were launching a series of internships across marketing, management, podcast production, and content creation - designed to give the next generation of women hands-on industry experience.
The Challenge
With a programme launching on tight timelines, Women at Tech needed to recruit multiple interns across several roles quickly and efficiently. They needed to reach students who genuinely wanted to contribute - not just applicants - and ensure the experience was seamless and professional from start to finish.
The Solution
Vaultt gave Women at Tech instant access to a large pool of active, job-ready talent from across the UK. We supported them in creating and posting tailored job ads for their Marketing, Podcast & Content Creation, and Management Support internships - positioned for maximum visibility on the platform.
Rather than reviewing CVs alone, hiring managers could assess each candidate through portfolios, projects, dissertations, video introductions, and skills demonstrations - giving them a far richer picture of each applicant before making a decision.
The Result
Every internship role was filled. Each position attracted hundreds of high-quality applicants, with hiring managers consistently reporting a calibre of candidate well above what they had experienced on traditional platforms. What would typically take weeks was turned around in days.
Women at Tech left the process with their programme fully staffed, on time, and with confidence in every hire.
"It has been so refreshing working with Vaultt - truly working to improve the lives of students. Being so focused on providing new opportunities and opening the door for the next generation is inspiring. The team is incredibly open-minded, eager to improve, and integrates new perspectives - one of the many reasons they were a pleasure to work with." - Olivia Batten, Women at Tech
